Privacy Policy

Purpose and access

PAH Backup is a private, owner-operated system for backing up and verifying the owner's network device configuration archives. The application currently requests the Google Drive drive OAuth scope, which grants broad access to files in the authorized Google account. The owner authorizes this scope for the sole purpose of backup storage, integrity verification, recovery and explicitly approved retention operations.

Information accessed and stored

PAH Backup may access file names, folder paths, sizes, timestamps, backup archives, checksum files, and verification metadata associated with the owner's backup workflow. Backup archives may contain sensitive device configuration information. Archives reside in access-controlled private storage on the owner's equipment, server, and Google Drive account, according to the owner's configured retention policy.

OAuth credentials are handled by the owner's private backup service and are not embedded in or transmitted by this public website. This website has no sign-in form, analytics, tracking scripts, or cookies set by its own code. The hosting and network providers may process ordinary web request metadata according to their own policies.

Use, sharing and security

Google user data is used only for the backup, verification, recovery and owner-approved retention functions described above. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training general-purpose AI models. The service does not sell Google user data. Access is limited to the owner-controlled backup workflow and necessary infrastructure service providers (including Google Drive).

Access to stored credentials and backups is restricted to the owner's managed infrastructure. No public backup download endpoint is provided by this website. The owner remains responsible for controlling access to the Google account and backup storage.

Retention, deletion and revocation

Backup archives and metadata are retained under the owner's configured policies, which may differ between local storage, server storage, Google Drive, and rollback copies. Automatic deletion is not guaranteed unless separately enabled and verified. The owner can delete stored backups from the relevant storage locations and can revoke PAH Backup's Google account access through Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents future access but does not automatically remove already stored backups from other locations.

Contact and changes

For privacy questions, contact the application owner through the support email shown on the Google OAuth consent screen. This policy will be updated if the application's actual data processing changes.

Владелец может удалить архивы в соответствующих хранилищах и отозвать разрешение через настройки Google Account. Отзыв не удаляет ранее сохранённые локальные копии. Сроки хранения зависят от фактически включённых и проверенных настроек.
